This website is operated by 4UprintDTF. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 4UprintDTF.

By visiting our website, creating an account, uploading artwork, placing an order, or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website and purchase our products.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, tax-exemption, and contact information.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
Restricting access to your account
Reviewing all activity conducted through your account
Immediately notifying us of suspected unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate an account that contains inaccurate information, is used fraudulently, or violates these Terms.

3. Products and Services

4UprintDTF provides products and services that may include:

DTF transfers
DTF gang sheets
UV DTF transfers and stickers
Custom-printed products
Artwork preparation or modification
File-upload services
Samples and test prints
Other printing-related products and services

Product descriptions, images, measurements, production times, availability, and prices may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately. However, colors and images displayed on a screen may differ from the final printed product because of monitor settings, lighting, materials, inks, printing processes, and other production variables.

4. Customer-Provided Artwork

You are responsible for reviewing all artwork before submitting an order, including:

Image quality and resolution
Dimensions and proportions
Spelling, grammar, and content
Colors and transparency
Background removal
Orientation and placement
Cut lines and margins
File format
Print readiness

We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-provided artwork or for poor results caused by low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, corrupted, improperly sized, or incorrectly prepared files.

Unless a separate artwork-review service is purchased or confirmed in writing, submitting a file does not mean that we have verified every detail of the artwork.

5. Rights to Uploaded Content

By uploading or submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, or other content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the content or have permission to use it.
The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party right.
You have authority to authorize us to reproduce and print the content.
The content does not violate any applicable law.

You grant 4UprintDTF a limited, nonexclusive license to store, process, resize, reproduce, and print the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, provide requested services, maintain transaction records, or address a claim.

You retain ownership of your original content.

6. Prohibited Artwork and Orders

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders containing content that we reasonably believe:

Infringes intellectual-property rights
Is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or defamatory
Promotes violence or illegal activity
Contains unlawful hate-based content
Exploits or endangers minors
Contains unauthorized personal information
Violates Shopify’s policies or payment-provider requirements
Could expose 4UprintDTF to legal or reputational risk

We are not obligated to print every file submitted through the website.

7. Proofs and Customer Approval

When a digital or physical proof is provided, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully.

Approval of a proof confirms your acceptance of:

Spelling and wording
Design and layout
Dimensions
Placement and orientation
Image quality
Product specifications

Production may begin immediately after approval. After approval, changes may require additional fees and may not be possible once production has started.

Digital proofs are intended to show general layout and content. They do not guarantee an exact match in color, texture, brightness, or final print appearance.

8. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Pricing or product-description errors
Payment failure
Suspected fraud
Unavailable materials
Production limitations
Unacceptable artwork
Violation of these Terms
Shipping restrictions
Technical or inventory errors

If we cancel a paid order before production begins, we will generally refund the amount paid for the canceled portion.

9. Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact us immediately if an order needs to be changed or canceled.

Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once artwork preparation, proofing, printing, cutting, packaging, or another production step has started, the order may no longer be changed or canceled. Additional charges may apply to approved changes.

Custom-printed products are generally made specifically for the customer and are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will normally be the price displayed or confirmed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Payment must be successfully authorized before production begins unless written credit terms have been separately approved.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us and our payment providers to charge all amounts associated with your order, including applicable:

Product charges
Setup or design fees
Shipping charges
Sales taxes
Rush fees
Other approved charges

11. Taxes and Resale Exemptions

Applicable sales tax may be calculated and collected at checkout.

Customers requesting tax-exempt treatment must provide valid and current exemption or resale documentation acceptable to us.

Tax-exempt status is not automatic. We may charge tax until the required documentation has been received, reviewed, and approved.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of their tax-exemption documentation.

12. Production Times

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Production generally begins only after:

Payment has cleared
Required artwork has been received
Necessary information has been provided
Any required proof has been approved

Production may be delayed by artwork problems, customer revisions, missing information, equipment issues, material shortages, unusually high order volume, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping time is separate from production time.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by 4UprintDTF. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss may pass to the customer when an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, subject to applicable law and any carrier claim rights.

Customers must inspect orders promptly after delivery and report damage, shortages, defects, or incorrect items within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

14. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

Returns, refunds, replacements, reprints, cancellations, and claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because many of our products are customized, they may not be eligible for return or refund merely because the customer changes their mind, selected the wrong size, submitted incorrect artwork, or no longer needs the product.

Any remedy offered for a confirmed production error will be determined based on the circumstances and may include a reprint, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

15. DTF and UV DTF Application

Customers are responsible for testing and correctly applying DTF and UV DTF products.

Application results may depend on:

Material compatibility
Surface preparation
Heat-press calibration
Temperature
Pressure
Pressing time
Peeling method
Washing and care
Storage conditions

We are not responsible for damage or failure caused by incorrect application, incompatible materials, improper equipment settings, inadequate preparation, or failure to follow instructions.

Testing a sample before applying an entire order is strongly recommended.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including our name, logos, graphics, product descriptions, photographs, layout, and website design—are owned by or licensed to 4UprintDTF.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or use our protected content without prior written permission.

Customer-uploaded artwork remains subject to the ownership provisions stated in Section 5.

17. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, file-upload applications, analytics providers, and social-media platforms.

These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, practices, or performance of third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.

18. Personal Information

Personal information submitted through the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that certain information may need to be shared with service providers such as payment processors, Shopify, shipping carriers, and technology providers to process and fulfill your order.

California commercial websites that collect personally identifiable information from California consumers may be required to conspicuously post a privacy policy, so the separate Privacy Policy should also be completed before launch. (California Attorney General)

19. Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to:

Screen colors will exactly match printed colors
Carrier delivery estimates will be met
Products will be suitable for every material, surface, or application

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4UprintDTF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, customer-provided artwork, delayed delivery, improper application, or use of our products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to a particular order will generally not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4UprintDTF and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Artwork or content you submit
Your infringement of third-party rights
Your unlawful use of the website or products
Your violation of these Terms
False or misleading information provided by you

24. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, power outages, internet interruptions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, government actions, epidemics, equipment failures, or material shortages.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

26. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

27. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or cancel an account when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Obligations that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, limitations of liability, and indemnification—will continue after termination.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights or legal remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this website.

The updated Terms will apply from the effective date shown below. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
